Sigh. I'm so sad to be saying goodbye to Lara Jean! This book was bittersweet, but to me, Lara Jean's growing pains and sentimentality for change and endings felt very real. Jenny Han did a great job of capturing the struggle of wanting to wrap up things in bows when so often that isn't possible, as well as the stress and fear that comes with facing the unknown. Of course, Lara Jean's style and hobbies added to the book's charm, as did her family and friends (and boyfriend). Lara Jean has always felt like a friend, and that was no different in this book. I thought it was a great way to wrap up Lara Jean's story.
