Involves a lot of processed food. And its less then five dollars per serving. If one could afford five bucks a serving on a meal for a family of 3 plus, you would not be looking for this book. Just saying. As it is? The recipes are terrible and I wouldn't cook them for my family on top of them being poorly done. Don't waste your time.

Great book with excellent recipes! Unfortunately, it is an American book and as such, is not very realistic (dollar wise) for Canadians. But it can be affordable and her principals can be applied here, if not the actual dollar values.
