Add a CommentThe implied brutality to horses was such a turnoff. I know thousands of horses died on the Klondike Trail and in the old west, but a good cowboy valued his horse and treated it as a respected tool of his livelihood.
This is a gem. Well written and the actors did a good job. I recommend it.
A Canadian western from a book by Guy vanderHaegen. I had the read the book which was excellent. The movie benefited from the author and a lot of dedication to make it authentic. An excellent movie from script to acting to directing. Highly recommend.
