He Includes some scientific fundamentals on the brain activity for happier people and he's able to explain why it's better to aspire to true happiness. When you read you're able to feel his happiness, it's contagious
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche now lives and teaches in Minnesota. He also works with the University of Wisconsin in studying the brains of meditation masters to "unlock the secret and science of happiness."
