If I lived in NYC, I might want to dress like this sometimes, though it's often best to not attract attention when you're out and about.
An inspiring and glamorous collection of photographs of stylish women (and a few men) all over the age of 60. Sprinkled throughout are quotes from a few of the ladies that will fill your heart with joy, and encourage you to just be yourself. This made me want to pack my bags and head to New York, just so I can grow up and become one of these women. A stunning book!
A book chock full of stylish people. Lots of loud clothing, chunky jewellery, and the odd simple silhouette with good clean lines. Oh, and every person in this book is over 60.
If you have Netflix, they have a documentary called "Advanced Style". Loved it!
Wonderful book. My only complaint is the lack of commentary on these ladies. I have been following the blog and subsequent documentary, but I always feels Ari doesn't give enough narrative to their stories. None the less, this has some wonderful photos on beautifully dressed individuals that anyone can find inspiration from.
A book to bring hope to the hearts of ladies (and men I guess) of a certain age. A feast for the eyes and the spirit.

I want to be one of these cool dames, who cares if I'm a trifle young for it yet. Loved this book, and adored their eccentric and unique style.
